The Opportunity

We are expanding our Dubai Off-Plan team and looking for ambitious, motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Property Advisors to join us.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced real estate professionals who have a passion for off-plan sales, understand Dubai's property market, and are eager to maximise their earning potential through a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and investment properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers and high-net-worth clients.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and company-provided leads.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of off-plan projects, developers, payment plans, pricing and investment opportunities.
• Arrange and conduct client consultations, property presentations and project briefings.
• Attend developer launches, sales events, roadshows and project presentations.
• Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, new launches and investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan property sales.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan market, developers and major residential projects.
• Proven sales, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• An established client network or the ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a competitive sales environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; Candidates who speak Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, Arabic or French are highly encouraged to apply.
• Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
