Job summary

Banke International Properties in Dubai is expanding its Off-Plan team and seeking ambitious Property Advisors to drive off-plan sales across Dubai’s vibrant market. You will build relationships with investors, buyers and high-net-worth clients while promoting off-plan projects and managing a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate, preferably off-plan sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Established client network or ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages encouraged.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and investment properties across Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers and high-net-worth clients.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and leads.
• Develop knowledge of off-plan projects, developers, pricing and investment opportunities.
• Attend launches, events and project presentations; conduct client consultations.
• Negotiate and close property transactions with a smooth client experience.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve individual targets.
