VIP Brokerage in Abu Dhabi is seeking ambitious Property Consultants, Leasing Agents and Off-Plan Specialists to join our growing team. You will focus on building client relationships, conducting viewings and closing transactions using company-generated leads and premium inventory.

You will benefit from a CRM, marketing and admin support, with flexible commission structures and uncapped earning potential depending on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years UAE real estate sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for property viewings.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

We provide company-generated leads, premium property inventory, CRM, marketing and admin support. You focus on building client relationships, conducting viewings and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with company-generated leads and prospective buyers, investors, landlords and tenants.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion.
• Maintain client relationships, referrals and an updated CRM pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

• Preferably 1 - 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience, with a demonstrable record of deal closures.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Italian or Spanish is an advantage.
• A professional, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• A valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are preferred due to frequent property viewings.

Exceptional sales professionals from other industries with strong closing skills and a genuine commitment to real estate may also be considered.
