Role Context Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, the Nursery Teacher supports children during an important period of physical, emotional, social, and educational development. The position helps build a strong foundation for future learning while recognizing individual needs and maintaining careful welfare and safeguarding practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver planned EYFS learning activities.

• Adapt activities to suit different developmental levels and individual needs.
• Observe children during lessons, play, and nursery routines.
• Monitor progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
• Record individual observations and needs accurately.Maintain each child 's Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Assist with developmental assessments.
• Prepare reports covering children 's learning and progress.
• Maintain active supervision throughout the nursery day.
• Protect children 's health, safety, welfare, and security.
• Apply nursery safeguarding and child-protection requirements.
• Escalate concerns through the correct internal procedures.
• Maintain organized, stimulating, and safe learning spaces.
• Coordinate with other educators and nursery support colleagues.
• Complete additional child-development responsibilities assigned by management.

Ideal Profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education or Education.
• A university degree in another specialization may be accepted with a certified Level 3 early-childhood vocational qualification.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma combined with CACHE Level 3 may be considered.
• The high school qualification pathway requires at least 2 years of childcare or education experience.
• Native-level command of English is mandatory.
• Practical understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Able to plan activities appropriate to children 's ages and abilities.
• Knowledge of observation, assessment, and developmental recordkeeping.
• Committed to inclusive education and individualized support.
• Patient, caring, observant, and dependable.
• Strong awareness of safeguarding and child welfare.
• Currently based in Dubai or independently planning to relocate is preferred.
• Available to work in Motor City, Mirdif, The Villa, or Dubai Silicon Oasis.
