Job summary

GMG Gulf is actively seeking a Nursery Teacher for early childhood education in Dubai. This role involves delivering structured learning experiences aligned with EYFS standards, supporting child development and engagement in a safe and inclusive classroom.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Early Childhood Education and strong communication skills, contributing directly to student growth. The position provides a supportive environment with long-term growth potential and a salary range of 5000-8000 AED monthly.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience working in nursery or early education settings.
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Currently in UAE or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured learning activities following EYFS curriculum guidelines.
• Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through daily engagement.
• Maintain a secure and inclusive classroom environment.
• Track and document each child's development using assessment tools.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Encourage participation and independent learning through guided activities.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate development updates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child welfare standards.
• Work collaboratively with staff and follow management instructions.
