Job summary

Stanford Nursery in Al Ain seeks an experienced Nursery Manager to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure UAE regulations and EYFS standards are met.

You will build strong relationships with parents, drive admissions and attendance, coordinate curriculum delivery, monitor performance, and report to senior management while promoting safeguarding and a collaborative, child-focused culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years Nursery Management experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily nursery operations and supervise staff.
  • Oversee admissions enrollment and attendance; manage administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE nursery regulations and EYFS standards.
  • Maintain high safeguarding, health, hygiene and child safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and communicate effectively with management.
  • Coordinate curriculum implementation and educational activities; monitor performance.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, child-focused culture.

Requirements
