Royal Health Group AE is seeking a Nurse Educator to plan, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff. The role ensures clinical competence, regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.
The Nurse Educator will support orientation, competency assessments and continuous learning initiatives, while maintaining training records and collaborating with department managers to identify training needs.
Nurse Educator is responsible for planning developing implementing and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff The role ensures that nurses maintain clinical competence comply with healthcare regulations and deliver high-quality patient care The Nurse Educator supports professional development orientation programs competency assessments and continuous learning initiatives
Develop and deliver orientation programs for newly hired nursing staff Plan coordinate and conduct clinical training sessions workshops and continuing education programs Assess the learning needs of nursing staff and design appropriate educational interventions Monitor and evaluate staff competency through assessments observations and skills validation Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations accreditation standards and organizational policies Develop educational materials guidelines and clinical competency checklists Support evidence-based nursing practice and promote quality improvement initiatives Provide coaching mentoring and professional guidance to nurses and healthcare staff Maintain records of training activities certifications and competency assessments Participate in policy development and clinical practice improvements Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and enhance staff performance Stay updated with current nursing practices healthcare trends and regulatory requirements
Bachelor s degree in nursing Master s Degree in Nursing Education is preferred Valid DOH DHA MOH nursing license or eligibility Certification in Nursing Education is an advantage Current Basic Life Support BLS certification ACLS preferred
Minimum 3 5 years of clinical nursing experience At least 1 2 years of experience in staff education clinical training or nursing instruction preferred Experience in hospital rehabilitation psychiatric or healthcare settings is an advantage
