Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for healthcare staff. The role includes onboarding new employees, assessing competencies, and creating educational materials to support patient safety and quality improvement.
The candidate should hold a nursing-related degree with 2–5 years of clinical training experience, and prefer Arabic speakers with English as an advantage. No UAE license is required.
Develop and deliver clinical training programs, workshops, and educational sessions for healthcare staff.
Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
Assess staff competencies and identify training needs.
Prepare training materials, presentations, educational resources, and competency checklists.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Ensure staff adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support quality improvement, patient safety, and infection control initiatives.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and competency assessments.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to clinical staff.
Collaborate with department managers to identify learning and development requirements.
Assist in updating clinical guidelines, protocols, and educational content.
Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and staff development projects.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Degree in Allied Health, Healthcare Management, Education, or a related healthcare field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in clinical training, staff education, learning & development, or healthcare operations.
Arabic speaker preferred (Arabic and English proficiency is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of healthcare standards, clinical procedures, and patient safety principles.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience in developing training materials, competency assessments, and educational programs.
Ability to coach, mentor, and support healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in quality improvement, accreditation, or staff development activities is an advantage.
