Job summary

Tandem Search in the UAE is seeking an experienced, target-driven hunter to join our Corporate Banking team, focused on new client acquisition and asset growth across Government/GRE, manufacturing, and services sectors.

The role centers on originating NTB corporate relationships, structuring and closing financing deals (Term Loans, RCFs, WC, Sukuk/Bonds, Syndications) and delivering at least 2 new onboardings within 6 months, with ongoing portfolio management after probation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of continuous experience in Dubai & Northern Emirates market.
• Previous role as Relationship Manager (RM) or Senior RM (SRM) in Corporate Banking.
• Proven track record covering Government/GRE, manufacturing, and services sectors.
• Demonstrated hunter/originator experience onboarding new corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and onboard New-to-Bank corporate clients requiring financing solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline across Government entities, GREs, manufacturing, and services sectors.
• Structure and close financing deals (Term Loans, RCFs, Working Capital, Sukuk/Bonds, Syndications).
• Deliver at least 2 new NTB onboardings within the first 6 months.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal and Product teams to structure and execute deals.
• Represent bank in client meetings, negotiations and relationship-building activities.
