Citigroup in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive banker to drive NTB Citigold acquisition, upgrade Citiblue clients, and support offshore account openings. You will identify and nurture high-potential prospects, convert leads into funded Citigold relationships, and collaborate with telemarketing and product teams to optimize outreach and product fit.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Direct Sales within the financial services industry.
• Prior experience acquiring high‑net-worth clients (Priority Banking / SME Banking) or investment products (stocks, funds, insurance) is preferred.
• Other industry sales experience such as real estate/assets can be considered.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Acquisition Head and Branch Banking staff to identify and acquire Citigold NTB customers.
• Upgrade Citiblue customers to Citigold by upsizing funding and deepening relationships.
• Assist clients in opening Citigold accounts in UAE or offshore locations per client preference.
• Convert NTB leads into funded Citigold accounts and engage high payroll clients for conversion.
• Promote referrals to build a Citigold pipeline from existing clients.
