As a NOC Engineer supporting enterprise infrastructure and operations at HTP Global Technologies in Sharjah, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of 24×7 infrastructure monitoring, alert triage, and incident resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring enterprise networks, servers, websites, applications, and cloud services using Site24x7 and ManageEngine OpManager, validating alerts, performing initial troubleshooting, and managing incidents using BMC Helix / BMC Remedy. You will execute basic troubleshooting across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments, track SLAs, participate in shift handovers, and coordinate closely with internal technical teams and external vendors. Furthermore, you will manage monitoring agents, probes, dashboards, alert workflows, and generate operational performance reports.
