Job summary

HTP Global Technologies in Sharjah, UAE seeks an experienced NOC Engineer with 2–5 years in IT infrastructure monitoring to join Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations. You will monitor networks, servers, websites, and cloud services 24×7, triage alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and manage incidents using BMC Helix and BMC Remedy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Eng or related technical field.
• 2–4+ years in a NOC or IT infrastructure monitoring environment.
• Experience with Site24x7, ManageEngine OpManager, or AppDynamics.
• ITSM experience with BMC Helix or BMC Remedy for incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24×7 enterprise networks, servers, websites, and cloud services.
• Validate alerts, perform initial fault diagnosis, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
• Manage end-to-end incident lifecycles and change requests using BMC Helix/Remedy.
• Administer monitoring agents, probes, dashboards, and alert workflows.
