Job summary

Addmind, a leading hospitality group, seeks a seasoned Reservations Manager for Be Beach in Dubai. You will lead the reservations function, drive revenue through upselling, manage a high-volume operation, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium nightlife and beach club setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in reservations or guest relations, strong leadership, and experience with SixRooms-like systems. Dubai-based availability for evenings and events is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Reservations or Guest Relations management role.
• Proven experience in premium nightlife, nightclubs, beach clubs, or similar high-energy hospitality venues.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SevenRooms or similar reservation management systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all incoming reservations across phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring accuracy and a professional guest experience.
• Manage the SevenRooms system, including availability, pricing, guest profiles, and reporting.
• Ensure coverage of the reservations office and supervise team scheduling.
• Handle escalated booking requests, last-minute changes, cancellations, and complex group arrangements.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding facilities, menus, venues, and booking procedures.
• Coordinate reservations planning and capacity management during high-profile events featuring DJs and entertainment.
• Lead, coach, and develop the reservations team; conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
