Addmind Hospitality in Dubai seeks an experienced Reservation Agent to manage table reservations, guest inquiries, and upsell opportunities for Be Beach. You will handle reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a fast-paced nightlife setting.

Ideal candidates have nightlife venue experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with SevenRooms to deliver exceptional service during high-profile events and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or venue reservations.
• Proficiency with SevenRooms or similar reservation management systems.
• Proven experience upselling premium tables and packages.
• Fluent and professional English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage table reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and email with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain SevenRooms system with current availability, pricing, and guest information
• Confirm bookings and communicate reservation details clearly to guests
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and adjustments efficiently
• Coordinate reservations during high-profile events featuring DJs and special entertainment
• Liaise with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Agent to manage table reservations, guest inquiries, and upselling opportunities for Be Beach. The ideal candidate will have nightlife venue experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with reservation systems to deliver exceptional service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Position Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Reservation Management

• Process and manage table reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and email with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain SevenRooms system with current availability, pricing, and guest information
• Confirm bookings and communicate reservation details clearly to guests
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and adjustments efficiently

Guest Communication & Upselling

• Engage guests via WhatsApp and phone calls using excellent English communication
• Upsell premium table packages, special experiences, and event offerings to maximize revenue
• Build rapport with guests and recommend offerings based on occasion and preferences
• Manage inquiries regarding VIP tables, bottle service, event packages, and dining experiences

Event & Operations Support

• Coordinate reservations during high-profile events featuring DJs and special entertainment
• Work flexible, extended hours during special events as required
• Liaise with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals
• Maintain detailed notes on guest preferences and special requests for personalized service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or venue reservations
• Proficiency with SevenRooms or similar reservation management systems (essential)
• Proven experience upselling premium tables and packages
• Fluent, professional English; strong written and verbal communication
• Experience managing guest interactions via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (first shift: 9:00 AM start / night shift: 1:00–2:00 AM finish)
• Willingness to work extended hours during special events and peak periods
• Must be currently based in Dubai for trial period completion
