Rixos Al Mairid in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a knowledgeable Night Manager to lead the team and ensure exceptional guest services during overnight hours. You will supervise all night shift staff across front office operations, auditing, and safety while maintaining smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Night Manager or Front Office supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, night auditing, guest relations, and hotel procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).

Responsabilités

• Night Operations: Supervise all departments during night hours.
• Safety & Security: Monitor property security and manage emergency situations.
• Reporting: Prepare nightly reports and handover notes for day staff.
• Staff Support: Assist overnight staff and act as first point of contact for escalations.
• Guest Handling: Greet VIP guests, escort to rooms, provide assistance, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
