Job summary

Rixos Al Mairid hotel seeks a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and promptly resolve issues while acting as the property representative in the absence of senior management.

The role requires 2–3 years in a Duty Manager or similar Front Office supervisory role, a hospitality-related degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar Front Office supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, guest relations, and complaint-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in hotel PMS.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel departments during assigned shifts.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and service requests.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless service.
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents.
• Compile shift reports and communicate key updates to management.
