OBS Group is seeking a senior commercial leader to expand distribution for Fine Fragrance and Luxury beauty brands in the UAE. You will drive market reach, manage distributor partnerships, and forecast needs while leading a small brand team.

The role focuses on achieving annual sales targets, maintaining brand image, and collaborating with marketing to execute trade plans across country markets. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Fine Fragrance, Niche Perfume or Luxury beauty.
• Experience managing distributors or leading key accounts across multiple regions.
• French national or French-speaking is preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement distribution strategies to expand market reach and grow brand portfolio.
• Monitor wholesale and A&P budgets per account.
• Forecast distributor needs by analyzing sales and stocks.
• Achieve annual sales targets in value and margin per account.
• Protect and grow brand image and awareness across markets.
• Provide monthly KPI analyses including market share, sell-in/sell-out and trends.
• Lead a team including Marketing Manager and Brand Managers.
• Prepare accurate monthly rolling forecasts.
