Qualifications

• Understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, and market benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Drive category sales growth and profitability across retail stores and online platforms.
• Define pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and brand value.
• Analyse category performance and implement actions to improve results.
• Lead assortment planning to ensure a competitive and relevant product mix.
• Build and manage relationships with global fragrance houses and local distributors.
• Negotiate commercial terms including rebates, exclusivity, and marketing support.
• Plan and execute promotional calendars, campaigns, and in-store activations.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure strong product storytelling in stores.
• Train retail teams on product knowledge, launches, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams on forecasting, replenishment, and stock planning.
