Daman Markets in Dubai is seeking a motivated New Business Executive to join our Sales team. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, guiding them from first contact through onboarding, initial deposit and first trade. You will manage and follow up on leads, build strong client relationships, and work toward monthly sales and conversion targets.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in CFD sales, solid communication and negotiation skills, and experience

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• 1–2 years of sales/BD experience in CFD.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and convert leads.
• Proven experience working toward FTD/FTA and conversion KPIs.
• Strong telephone sales and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive and resilient.
• Familiarity with onboarding and KYC/AML processes.
• Experience using CRM systems.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven New Business Executive to join our Sales team in Dubai.

The role focuses on new client acquisition and conversion, engaging with prospective clients from the first point of contact through onboarding, first deposit and first trade. You will manage and follow up on leads, build strong client relationships, and work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Arabic and English – Mandatory
• Minimum 1–2 years of Sales / Business Development experience within the CFD industry
• Experience in new client acquisition and lead conversion
