Job summary

BESTSELLER Region East is seeking a commercially driven New Business Developer to drive partnerships and expand into African markets from Dubai. You will build a pipeline of distributors, retailers and strategic partners, lead negotiations, and foster long-term relationships across multiple markets.

You will identify opportunities, develop market-entry proposals, and collaborate with Legal, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth market launches.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with an established network of wholesale distributors, retailers and commercial partners in African markets.
• Network across African markets is preferred.
• Proven experience in new business development, market expansion and partnerships in fashion/retail/wholesale.
• Fluency in English; Afrikaans or other SA languages advantageous; French/Portuguese beneficial for wider Africa.
• Willingness to travel extensively across African markets (50%+).
