Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to join our IT Operations Engineering & Support Team. Design, deploy and maintain enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/VPN) across multi-site environments.

Candidates should have 3+ years in network engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, and hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet, cloud networking, and security best practices. CCNA/CCNP preferred; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Hands-on with Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS).
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a strong Network Engineer strong to join our strong IT Operations Engineering amp Support Team strong

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are

• Design deploy and support enterprise network solutions LAN WAN SD WAN VPN and cloud connectivity
• Configure maintain and optimize routers switches firewalls and wireless infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents using industry-standard diagnostic tools
• Perform capacity planning performance tuning and configuration optimization to ensure scalability and reliability
• Implement and enforce network security controls including firewall rules and compliance standards
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver secure resilient network solutions
• Document network architecture and changes support audits disaster recovery initiatives and end user network issues

About You:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise network support
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent
• Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS), virtualization, and multi-site network design
• Knowledge of SD WAN, Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, and modern security principles
• Proficiency with network monitoring and automation tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Ansible); CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills
