Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Network Engineer to join the IT Operations Engineering & Support Team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network solutions across LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity, with emphasis on security and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in network engineering, hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet, and knowledge of cloud networking (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise network support.
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts and security principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP/OSPF).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network solutions (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity).
• Configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and configuration optimization for scalability and reliability.
• Implement and enforce network security controls, including firewall rules and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver secure, resilient network solutions.
• Document network architecture and changes, support audits, disaster recovery initiatives, and end‑user network issues.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT Operations Engineering & Support Team.

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network solutions (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity)

About You

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent
• Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS), virtualization, and multi‑site network design
• Knowledge of SD‑WAN, Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, and modern security principles
• Proficiency with network monitoring and automation tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Ansible); CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.
