Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical school with specialty training.
• Postgraduate qualification such as MD, MS, or DNB is generally required.
• Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi license and PSV verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical governance and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Supervise junior medical staff and participate in their training and guidance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Provide patient care across inpatient and outpatient services and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with DOH policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
