Job summary

Abu Dhabi Health Services Company- SEHA in the UAE seeks a Consultant Physician to lead clinical governance, provide exemplary patient care across inpatient and outpatient services, and supervise junior medical staff.

You will participate in on-call rotations, ensure adherence to DOH regulations and hospital policies, drive quality improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent from a recognized medical school with structured specialty training.
• Postgraduate qualification such as MD, MS, or DNB generally required.
• Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi license and PSV verification.
• Fluency in English and Arabic highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance and supervise junior medical staff.
• Provide exemplary care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in on-call rotations and clinical audits.
