Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent required with structured specialty training (e.g., Board Certification or DOH-equivalent).
• Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) generally required.
• Fellowship/Board Certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (Tier 1 country) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical care with a focus on evidence-based practice.
• Oversee junior medical staff and provide training and supervision.
• Participate in on-call rotations and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure documentation, DOH compliance, and infection control standards.
• Drive quality improvement through audits and risk management.
