Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai seeks a Reservation Agent fluent in German or French and English to manage reservations, inquiries, and bookings while delivering exceptional service and maximizing revenue in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, upsell progressively, and ensure accurate guest profiles in the PMS, collaborating with Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management for optimal occupancy.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Reservations/Front Office/Guest Services in a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluency in German and English or French and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of reservation operations, room inventory management, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Experience with PMS/CRS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to maximize revenue through upselling and guest engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservation requests via telephone, email, online platforms, and other channels professionally and timely.
• Provide accurate information on room categories, rates, packages, facilities and guest experiences.
• Process, amend, and cancel reservations while ensuring accuracy of profiles and bookings.
• Deliver personalized service in German/French and English, addressing inquiries and special requests.
• Maximize revenue through upselling and promotion of room categories and services.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, promotions, policies, loyalty programs and guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management and other departments for seamless reservations handling.
• Monitor availability, booking pace and market demand to support occupancy objectives.
• Ensure accurate recording of guest profiles and booking details in the property management system.
