Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions seeks a friendly Guest Relations Agent for a branded resort on The Palm in Dubai. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide information about the resort and its facilities.

Ideal candidates have good English, and additional language skills (German, Spanish, Chinese or French) are preferred. Prior guest relations experience is a plus. Flexible shifts with meals, accommodation and visa support are included.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• German, Spanish, Chinese or French language skills are preferred.
• Previous hotel, front office or guest relations experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide helpful information about the resort and its facilities
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments
• Answer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Deliver attentive service and maintain a welcoming, professional presence
