The Palm, Dubai, UAE-based international branded resort is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure attentive service throughout their stay.

You will handle check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, coordinate with departments, answer calls, and maintain a professional presence, with opportunities to use your language skills.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• German, Spanish, Chinese or French language skills are preferred.
• Previous hotel/front office/guest relations experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Agent to join an international branded resort on The Palm. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome and attentive service throughout each guest's stay.
