Job summary

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor to own operations across the Al Dana branch. You will oversee scheduling, turnover, and maintenance for multi-unit properties, ensuring guest-ready units and preserved asset value.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong vendor management, and the ability to drive adherence to SOPs, inspections, and timely issue resolution to protect guest experience and property condition.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in housekeeping and/or maintenance supervisory role in hospitality or property management.
• Experience managing a multi-property portfolio with high turnover.
• Experience supervising and developing frontline teams (housekeeping staff, technicians/handymen).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end housekeeping function including scheduling, turnover planning, and daily staff allocation.
• Ensure units meet cleanliness standards with on-time guest check‑ins.
• Maintain SOPs for cleaning, linen handling, and lost-property protocol.
• Log and track housekeeping and maintenance tasks in the PMS.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party contractors and in-house team.
• Directly supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff and onboard new hires.
• Escalate issues and ensure corrective actions are closed promptly.
