Job description

We are seeking an experienced proactive and highly professional Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team within a private residence in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Owner, the successful candidate will ensure that the residence consistently meets exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation and discreet personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations
• Allocate duties and manage staff schedules
• Conduct inspections and maintain luxury residential standards
• Coach train and evaluate housekeeping team members
• Oversee laundry linen wardrobe care and delicate garments
• Manage housekeeping supplies equipment and inventory
• Prepare the residence for the Owner family guests and special occasions
• Coordinate with other household staff and external service providers
• Maintain complete professionalism discretion and confidentiality

Requirements

• 4–6 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotels, private residences, estates, palaces, or similar environments
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Proven experience managing and developing housekeeping teamsStrong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and procedures
• Previous private-household experience is highly advantageous
• Five-star hospitality experience is preferred
• UAE or GCC experience is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, or a related discipline is preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
