Job summary

SO/ Dubai seeks an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property. You will help manage daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, train the team, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and coordinate with other departments to address guest requests.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervision, preferably in a luxury hotel.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, verbal and written.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
