The role requires strong cost control, inventory management, HACCP compliance, and collaboration with procurement and marketing to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
• Certification in Food Safety / HACCP is an advantage.
• Experience managing multi-store F&B or QSR operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets in Dubai to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and train restaurant teams, including supervisors and crew.
• Manage inventory, monitor wastage, and control costs across stores.
• Ensure HACCP and Dubai Municipality standards, safety and sanitation.
• Forecast sales, set budgets and prepare operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Plan and support new store openings and rollout of best practices.
