Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Dubai to perform HVAC/AC maintenance, electrical work, and plumbing repairs on residential and commercial properties. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all work adheres to HSE standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, in-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and is able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high professional

Qualifications

• ITI, vocational certificate or technical diploma in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or related trade.
• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC/AC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Strong ability in at least two of the three core trades.
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Experience in residential/building facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Good communication skills and professional customer interaction.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently in the UAE and available to join immediately will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC/AC maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, including refrigerant handling and component replacement.
• Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including wiring, lighting, switches and circuit breakers.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs, including pipe fittings and sanitary fixtures.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose faults independently and recommend repair solutions and required materials.
• Attend maintenance/service calls at residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Carry out general handyman and minor maintenance work when required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a professional standard.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition and follow HSE procedures.

• Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, DBs, circuit breakers and related electrical systems.




• Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs, including pipe fitting, leak rectification, sanitary fixtures, drainage and water supply systems.




• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.




• Diagnose faults independently and recommend appropriate repair solutions and required materials.




• Attend maintenance/service calls at residential and commercial properties across Dubai.




• Carry out general handyman and minor maintenance works when required.




• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a professional standard.




• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition and follow company HSE procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ITI, vocational certificate or technical diploma in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical trade preferred.




• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably within the UAE.




• Must have practical working knowledge of HVAC/AC, electrical and plumbing systems.




• Candidate should be particularly strong in at least two of the three core trades and capable of handling routine work in the third.




• Ability to independently diagnose faults and carry out repairs with minimum supervision.




• Ability to understand basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.




• Experience in residential/building/facilities maintenance is preferred.




• Good communication skills and professional behaviour when dealing with customers.




• UAE driving license is an advantage, if applicable.
