Trusted FIX Technical Services is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled HVAC / MEP Technician for residential and commercial maintenance across Dubai and Sharjah. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and explain issues clearly to customers on-site.

The role requires strong HVAC experience, independence, and the ability to work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance with professional English communication. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong hands-on HVAC experience.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Good fault-finding ability — not just servicing/cleaning.
• Good spoken English and able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Experience working in villas, apartments, hotels, residential buildings or property maintenance.
• Flexible and willing to work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Must be willing to complete a practical technical assessment before employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair Split AC systems.
• FCU / chilled-water troubleshooting and maintenance.
• AHU / FAHU servicing and fault finding.
• AC electrical fault finding.
• Refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming and brazing.
• General electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Plumbing repairs.
• Water heaters and pumps.
• AC duct cleaning.
• Minor handyman / civil repairs.
• Basic painting and touch-up work when required.
• Attend residential customers professionally and explain faults clearly.
• Take before/after photos and complete job/service reports.
• Use company job-management/mobile system.
• Drive company vehicle between customer locations.
• Assist with other general maintenance work when required.

Trusted FIX Technical Services is hiring a genuinely hands-on Multi-Skilled HVAC / MEP Technician for residential and commercial maintenance work across Dubai and Sharjah.

This is not a supervisor-only position. The technician must personally diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.

Main responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, service and repair Split AC systems

• FCU / chilled-water troubleshooting and maintenance

• AHU / FAHU servicing and fault finding

• AC electrical fault finding
