Job summary

The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group in Dubai is seeking a skilled Multi Technician for its Facilities Management team. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and emergency maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Civil works)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure tenant satisfaction
• Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain proper work orders and service records
• Coordinate with supervisors and external contractors
• Ensure safety and cleanliness at the worksite

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance (UAE/GCC)
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Good communication skills in English
• Valid UAE driving license (Manual – Mandatory)
• Ability to work flexible shifts
