Main Job Task – HVAC Maintenance

• Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties
• Attend service requests and breakdown calls promptly and ensure timely resolution
• Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems including cleaning, servicing and inspection
• Diagnose faults in HVAC systems and carry out necessary repair or replacement works
• Inspect, test and maintain split units, central AC systems and ventilation systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure efficient cooling and proper functioning
• Carry out gas checking, leakage identification and basic refrigerant handling support
• Clean and replace air filters, coils and related components as per maintenance schedule
• Ensure all HVAC systems are operating in compliance with safety and company standards
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide immediate technical support
• Maintain proper usage and handling of HVAC tools, equipment and materials
• Coordinate with supervisor regarding job updates, technical issues and material requirements
• Complete job cards, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
• Conduct site inspections and report any system issues or required upgrades
• Maintain professional communication with clients, tenants and site representatives
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards at all times
• Support installation and maintenance work in renovation and fit-out projects when required
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Report system failures, damages and required parts to the department immediately
