Job summary

Trusted FIX Technical Services LLC in Dubai is seeking a hands-on, multi-skilled MEP Technician with strong HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance experience.

The role requires independent fault finding, diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance and completing jobs to a professional standard across residential and commercial sites.

Candidates must have at least 3 years hands-on MEP maintenance and be comfortable using diagnostic tools and mobile job-management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on MEP maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC fault-finding ability and electrical/plumbing troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with FCU, chilled-water, split AC, VRV/VRF is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC faults on split AC, FCU and chilled-water systems.
• Carry out AC servicing and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Identify electrical faults using testing equipment and perform repairs safely.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks and water heaters.
• Conduct general MEP maintenance and support minor civil works when needed.
• Inspect work, explain faults to customers, and document job notes with photos.

Job description

We are looking for a hands on nbsp strong Multi-Skilled MEP Technician strong nbsp with strong practical experience in nbsp strong HVAC electrical and plumbing maintenance strong The successful candidate must be able to work independently diagnose faults correctly and complete jobs to a professional standard

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC faults including split AC FCU and chilled-water systems
• Carry out AC servicing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Identify electrical faults using proper testing equipment and carry out repairs safely
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks pumps sanitary fittings and water heaters
• Carry out general MEP maintenance and minor civil works when required
• Inspect jobs properly before recommending parts or repairs
• Explain faults and completed work clearly to customers and supervisors
• Take before-and-after photos and complete job notes reports accurately
• Maintain tools equipment and company materials responsibly
• Follow company procedures safety standards and job completion requirements
• Attend residential and commercial maintenance jobs across Dubai
• Support emergency and reactive maintenance when required
• This is not a helper or junior technician position. Candidates must be able to independently diagnose faults and complete maintenance jobs.
• All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical technical assessment before employment.

Requirements

• Minimum3 years hands-on MEP maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC fault-finding ability is essential.
• Must have practical electrical and plumbing troubleshooting experience.
• Experience withFCU, chilled-water, split AC, VRV/VRF systemsis an advantage.
• Must be able to use a multimeter, clamp meter, AC gauges and other diagnostic tools correctly.
• UAE facilities maintenance or technical services experience strongly preferred.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Good English communication and professional customer manner.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Must be reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Candidates must be comfortable using mobile job-management systems and submitting job photos/reports.
