Job summary

The St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to supervise Cordelia, the all-day dining restaurant, and the Dip Pool Bar. You’ll oversee daily operations, assist with menu planning, and uphold sanitation standards while supporting servers and hosts during peak times.

You will train and guide staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance in your areas of responsibility in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education required: High school diploma or GED with 4 years F&B/culinary experience.
• Or: 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel Management and 2 years F&B experience.
• Strong background in All Day Dining/multi-outlets operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial goals.
• Leads and mentors team members, coaches and develops skills.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies and liquor laws.
• Oversees purchasing and invoices; manages department finances.
