Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a seasoned food and beverage leader to manage the property's culinary operations across Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets. The role is based at Palm Jumeirah with full-time, on-site duties.

You will develop and implement department strategies aligned with brand service vision, driving guest satisfaction and strong financial performance across the F&B portfolio. You will lead diverse teams and uphold brand standards daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in F&B/culinary/events.
• Or 2-year degree with 4 years of related F&B/culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute F&B strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Lead F&B teams and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Review financials to monitor F&B performance against budget.
• Encourage revenue growth and ensure brand service standards.
• Oversee staffing, training and HR activities within F&B.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and LSOPs and safety standards.
