Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years F&B experience or a 2-year hospitality degree with 2 years experience.
• Strong background in all-day dining and multi-outlet operations.
• Experience in staff supervision and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards across dining outlets.
• Plans menus and assists with host/servers during peak periods.
• Develops training plans to improve guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Lead team with effective communication and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with liquor laws and company policies.
