Job summary

St. Regis Dubai leads the property’s food and beverage and culinary operations, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets. The role shapes departmental strategy, implements the brand service program, and drives revenue and financial performance while ensuring guest and team satisfaction.

The candidate will manage F&B leadership, maintain brand standards, monitor performance against budgets, and foster ongoing staff development and service excellence across all areas of operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes food and beverage strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Leads F&B teams through regular communication, staff briefings, and performance feedback.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
• Manages budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control across F&B departments.
• Hires and trains F&B leadership, implements department SOPs and emergency procedures.
