Qualifications

• UAE work experience is mandatory.
• Hotel experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Prepare food according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food storage and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support the kitchen team during breakfast, buffet, and other F&B operations.
