Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to support the kitchen team in producing high-quality dishes within the assigned station, while upholding the hotel's policies and procedures.

You should bring basic culinary skills, a good knowledge of food hygiene and safety, and at least one year of work experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant; you will contribute to courteous, professional service and help ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Commis Chef or as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with high standards, would be an advantage.
• Basic culinary skills.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• The Commis Chef is responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food within the assigned kitchen section while ensuring adherence to Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas' policies and procedures.
