Job summary

The Lending Tree in Dubai seeks an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. You will drive loan conversions, manage performance, and forge relationships with banks and real estate partners across the UAE.

Ideal candidates have a proven leadership track record, deep UAE mortgage product knowledge, and a history of meeting sales targets. This role offers an uncapped earning potential and strong lead-generation support within a growing UAE mortgage brokerage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE mortgage sales experience.
• Proven experience in a Mortgage Sales Manager / Team Leader / Senior Mortgage Consultant role.
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products and major UAE banks.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strong existing network within the UAE mortgage, banking, real estate, and property sectors.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Mortgage Consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase mortgage volumes, conversions, and revenue.
• Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and conversion rates.
• Drive the complete mortgage sales process from lead generation to approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, real estate agents, developers, and other business partners.
• Maintain strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, policies, and lending processes.
• Ensure the team is updated on changes in bank policies, products, and market trends.
• Track sales pipelines, leads, conversions, approvals, and disbursements through regular reporting.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales planning sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
