• Bachelor's degree required for UAE visa and work permit.
• Extensive senior mortgage sales distribution experience.
• Proven track record in growing mortgage sales and managing large teams.
• End-to-end mortgage lifecycle knowledge is essential.
• Experience across broker, branch, digital or partnership sales channels.
• Strong understanding of conduct, responsible lending and regulatory requirements.
• Data-driven approach to improve sales performance and customer journeys.
• Experience delivering transformation or process improvements with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Setting and executing the mortgage sales strategy aligned to overall business objectives.
• Establishing targets for lending volumes, revenue, profitability, conversion, acquisition and retention.
• Building and optimising distribution across direct, branch, digital, broker and partnership channels.
• Strengthening relationships with brokers, estate agents, developers, introducers and other strategic partners.
• Overseeing performance management including objectives, incentives, regular reviews and actions to close gaps.
• Embedding strong controls across affordability, suitability, conduct and documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partnering with Operations and Technology to simplify and digitise the mortgage application and fulfilment journey.
• Presenting business performance, risks, opportunities and recommendations to relevant governance forums.
