Job summary

Arab Bank in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Lead Mortgage Direct Sales Manager to lead the mortgage sales team, drive targets, and ensure outstanding customer service across all customer touchpoints.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, coach and mentor the team, oversee end-to-end mortgage processes, collaborate with product, marketing, credit and operations, monitor performance, and foster a data-driven, compliant, customer‑centric sales culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in sales, mortgage lending, or banking (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mortgage direct sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and action plans for mortgage products.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members on mortgage products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end mortgage sales process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications and approvals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, credit, and operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and process improvements.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Ensure team adherence to regulatory requirements, risk standards, and internal policies in all sales activities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and support the development of a customer-centric sales culture.
• Drive digital adoption and continuous improvement within the mortgage sales function.
