Job summary

Prypco is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager in Dubai to lead and grow its mortgage advisory team. The role focuses on driving sales performance, achieving revenue goals, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will coach and motivate advisors, implement sales strategies, and ensure strict regulatory compliance while aligning team goals with the broader business strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a mortgage sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in mortgage/financial services.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, compliance and regulatory landscape.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of mortgage advisors to exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and profitability.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
