Job summary

Huspy is expanding its UAE mortgage platform and seeks a Mortgage Consultant to drive revenue by onboarding real estate agencies and securing client mortgages. You will use your Dubai market knowledge and consultative selling skills to grow pipelines, while maintaining strong relationships with agencies in your portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through bank products, and work toward ambitious revenue targets in a fast-growing real estate tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai mortgage experience.
• Proven consultative selling experience with revenue targets.
• Background in mortgages and/or financial services.
• Established network of introducers in real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by submitting and processing mortgage files.
• Recruit real estate agencies to join Huspy platform via your network and presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies in your portfolio for ongoing engagement.
• Acquire mortgage clients via partner networks and direct channels.
• Guide clients on bank products, policies, and mortgage processes.
• Collaborate with channel and broader company teams to deliver results.
