Jex Recruitment | Connecting top talent with leading companies is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Specialist for a leading Financial Institution in Dubai. You will develop new mortgage business, nurture customer relationships, and drive applications from enquiry through completion.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in financial services with mortgage origination, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in financial services, with a strong mortgage sales/origination background.
• Demonstrable success in generating mortgage business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes and credit requirements.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and a busy pipeline.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.

• Identify potential issues early and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Ensure all activity is conducted within the companies policies, regulatory requirements and risk framework.
