Job summary

Mortgage Pro in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team. You will leverage deep knowledge of the UAE mortgage market to advise clients on home loans, refinancings, and buyouts while building productive lender relationships.

You will generate leads, convert clients, and drive sales targets through networking, referrals, and timely processing of applications, coordinating with banks, real estate partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

• Advise clients on residential mortgage products, home loans, refinancing, and mortgage buyouts.
• Assess clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Manage the complete mortgage application process, from initial consultation to final disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks and clients to ensure timely submission of documents and application processing.
• Follow up regularly with clients, banking partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
